Items Eligible for Return

  1. Jewelry:

    • May be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all packaging.

  2. All Other Products:

    • Personal Care Items (e.g., soaps, body oils, lotions) and Cards (e.g., tarot cards) cannot be returned if the package has been opened.
    • Used or opened items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team with the subject line: “Return.” Include the following information in your email:

  2. Reason for Return
  3. Item Being Returned
